Cool Doggie Den Rules

Cancellation Policy

• Private Play Sessions: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

• Parties, Events & Trainer Rentals: Cancel at least 7 days in advance to receive a 50% refund.

• Refunds: All refunds are subject to a small processing fee.

• Late Cancelations / No-Shows: Charged in full.

Health & Safety Requirements

• Dogs must be up-to-date on Rabies, Distemper, Parvo, and Bordetella.

• Dogs must be free of contagious conditions; dogs in heat are not allowed.

• For multi-dog sessions/BFF passes/parties: dogs must already be comfortable together. No testing socialization at the Den.

Dog & Guest Limits

• Private sessions are limited to 3 dogs unless pre-approved.

• Additional dogs may be added for a fee.

• No drop-offs ̶ dogs must remain with their owner or an approved trainer for the entire session.

Supervision & Use of Space

• No alcohol, smoking, or vaping on the property.

• No glass containers.

• Children welcome but must be supervised.

• Owners are responsible for supervising dogs at al times.

Security & Property

• The Den is locked and camera-monitored for safety and property protection.

• Doors must remain closed and secured; do not prop open.

• Guests are responsible for damages caused by themselves or their dogs; repair/replacement fees may apply.

• Theft or removal of Den property will result in charges and loss of booking privileges.

Play Guidelines

• Light ball play is fine; avoid hard throws near glass doors/windows.

• No aggressive roughhousing or slamming bodies & toys into walls/equipment.

• This is an enrichment space designed for safe, controlled play.

Parking & Arrival

• Parking: Parking lot on premise.

• Arrive no more than 5 minutes early and wait in your car if the prior guest is inside.

• No lingering after session please. We want to minimize possible triggers for some dogs.

• Potty your dog before entering The Den.

• Use the designated potty area only; dispose of waste in the outdoor dog-waste bin.

Boutique Policies

• Shopping available during your session or by appointment for a shorter retail therapy visit.

• Payment options will be provided in your booking confirmation (e.g., QR code/Venmo/card).

• All boutique sales are final for health and safety reasons.

Membership Policies (Cool Doggie Club)

• Memberships include a set number of visits per month (no rollover).

• Memberships can be canceled with 30 days notice.

• Members receive special treats, priority booking for events, and other perks.

• A portion of each membership supports nonprofits.

Liability Disclaimer

• By entering Cool Doggie Den, you agree that you are responsible for your dog(s) and any guests you bring.

• Cool Doggie Den is not liable for injury, accidents, or damages that occur during your session.
