How does a session work?

Each booking gives you and your dog a full 60 minutes of private play. The Den is yours alone, no other dogs or families inside. Once your 60 minutes of fun is complete, you will do a quick Den Reset. We schedule buffer time between sessions so you shouldnʼt cross paths with other dogs or feel rushed.

Who cleans up the space?

Cool Doggie Den is self-serve. You will do a “Den Reset” as you wrap up your session. Please tidy toys, clean up any accidents, and leave the space ready for the next cool doggie. We also conduct regular deep cleaning and safety checks.

Will I run into other dogs?

No. Sessions are carefully staggered so thereʼs no overlap. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early and don't linger in the parking lot after your session.

What should I bring?

Bring your dog in on a leash, a few treats, and anything that makes your dog feel comfortable. We provide toys, training props, and games, but feel free to bring your own favorites too.

Where should my dog potty?

There is a designated potty area on the side of the building. Please do not use neighbors yards. Always clean up after your dog and dispose waste in the designated outdoor trashcan. Please potty your dog before entering The Den to help minimize accidents.

What if my dog has an accident inside the den?

Please clean it up right away with the supplies provided. Pet waste is to be thrown away outside. There are trash bins outside for this. We want to keep the Den fresh as possible. For outside potty, please clean up after your dog and dispose of it in the pet waste bin.

What are some amenities available?

The Den includes toys and enrichment items, games, training gear, safe non-slip flooring, climate controlled open space, a TV, and Bluetooth speakers you can connect to. A calm space to practice handling your pet for vet and grooming visits. Thereʼs a designated outdoor potty area for the cool doggies and restrooms for humans inside. Thereʼs even a private boutique that lets every dog get to experience retail therapy. Oh, and lets not forget the photo studio to get those cool shots. Cool Doggie Den is full of amenities that help your cool doggies grow, relax, and enjoy life with you.

Can I bring a puppy to the den?

Yes, with the required vaccinations for their age as well as adhering to no contagious illnesses and other health and safety protocols.

Are vaccines required?

Yes. All dogs must be current on Rabies, Distemper and Parvo, and Bordetella (kennel cough) prior to entry. Dogs must be free of any contagious diseases and parasites.

Do you allow dogs in heat?

Dogs in heat are not permitted.

Do you allow dog trainers?

Yes. Trainers may rent the space for one-on-one work or group sessions with their own clients. All trainers must be pre-approved by Cool Doggie Den before booking. This helps us keep the space professional, safe, and consistent with our policies. Contact us for pricing and more information.

I have more than one dog, can they all come?

Yes! Siblings are welcome to join your sessions for an extra charge. Sessions are limited to 3 dogs unless pre-approved.

How early can I arrive?

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early for your session. This ensures privacy and a smooth flow between guests.

What about bringing my dog's best friend?

Of course! With our BFF add on, your cool dog can share their session with their best fur friend for an extra charge. All dogs must already be comfortable together. This isnʼt a place to test socialization with other dogs.

Can I bring more than one dog? What are the fees?

Yes! We allow up to 2 dogs per household, any additional dogs beyond that from the same household may be added for an extra fee (+$10 per extra dog per session). Dogs from different households may attend only if they are already best friends with an additional fee (+$15 per dog per session).

Can kids come too?

Yes, but safety comes first. All children must be supervised by their parent/guardian at all times. Children may not wander or play in areas that their parent/guardian are not in. Running, screaming, or climbing on things is not allowed. This is not a drop off zone or a place for kids to roam independently.

Can we play fetch and roughhouse?

Light ball play is fine. Please avoid hard throws or high impact play. Especially near glass doors/windows. Keep play controlled no aggressive tackling or slamming toys into walls.

Is the den monitored?

Yes. The space is locked during sessions and camera-monitored for safety, cleanliness, and property protection. Doors must remain closed and secured. Please do not prop them open.

What if there's an issue during my session?

Who is responsible for damages?

All guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog or themselves during a session. Fees may apply for damage to flooring, furniture, equipment, or boutique items.

Where do I park?

In the parking lot: There will be plenty of parking during your private session. You will be entering the front door. Remember to only arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time.

How do I get inside the den?

You will be given a personalized code that is only active for your time slot which will unlock the front door for you.

Do you allow drop-offs?

No. Dogs must remain with their owner or a pre-approved trainer at all times. We are not a daycare or kennel.

How do memberships work?

Choose a Cool Doggie Club plan with a set number of visits per month (3, 4, or 6). Members get special rates and a portion of each membership aids rescue & community efforts.

Do unused membership visits roll over?

No. To keep things simple, unused visits do not roll over month to month.

Can I cancel or pause my membership?

Memberships can be canceled with 30 daysʼ notice. For temporary pauses, please contact us and weʼll be happy to help.

What's your cancellation policy for sessions and parties?

Private Play sessions: refund and reschedule requests must be received at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. We can not reschedule, issue credit or provide refunds for cancellations made with less than 24 hour notice, regardless of weather, illness, or personal emergencies. Failure to cancel or modify an appointment at least 24 hours in advance will result in a full charge for the scheduled session.

Parties, Trainer rentals, & Special events: Cancellations, must be made at least 1 week before the first class/event start time to receive 50% refund. Cancellations made within 1 week of the start time are nonrefundable. Processing fees, All refunds will incur a processing fee.

YES! Please contact us directly.

Can I shop during my visit?

Yes. Shopping is available during your session or by appointment for dogs who need a private, stress-free experience. Payment options for items chosen and instructions will be provided in your booking confirmation. All sales are final for health/safety reasons.

Can I take photos or videos?

Absolutely please do! We keep a rotating photo area with props and themed backdrops. Tag us @CoolDoggieDen so we can see your cool doggie shine.
